Horton Receives Supplier of the Year Award from Paccar Parts Mexico

Horton has over 60 years of experience as a manufacturer of Engine Cooling Systems.  Recently, Horton Inc. was recognized as the supplier of the year for PACCAR Parts Mexico, thanks to the excellent performance and support during 2016 such as outstanding operational efficiency, availability of parts, product performance, and training programs.

Max Kotlinsky, Horton Corporate Account Manager, and Yousef Meza, Director of Sales for Latin America, received this award from Francisco Navarro, Director of Sales for Mexico and Latin America. Max Kotlinsky expressed his satisfaction of receiving this prestigious award and that Horton has invested years of hard work to meet the requirements of dealers, which include: supply and planning of orders of stock, training for staff and customer support.

Yosef Meza stated that focus on the customer has been key to maintain its level of excellence in the market. He added that training helps streamline the work of dealers and stressed the support programs, which helps guide customer applications and the use of the specific product. He explained that this work is carried out through intensive modules of training, with interactive demos and presence in the field. He added that Horton Mexico makes a great effort to give technical support to its customers, identifying applications and training users the correct use and assembly of its products.
