Spring-engaged and air-disengaged for maximum efficiency, the fan clutch is lightweight and includes a longwearing friction liner for maximum reliability. Unlike other on/off fan clutches on the market, the DM Advantage On/Off Fan Clutch also incorporates a patented DRAC (double row angular contact) bearing, which includes 14 rolling elements per row instead of the industry standard 10. This proprietary feature offers the highest reliability. Additionally, these bearings have the highest temperature seals, grease and cages offered on the market and have proven over the years to be the industries’ most robust design.
