Roller Bushings for Suspension Systems

Horton roller bushings last for hundreds of thousands of miles and rarely need to be replaced — saving you costly downtime and repair costs while increasing driver comfort.

What's a roller bushing?

Bushings reduce friction between a pair of surfaces by sliding against each other. Bushings for suspension systems do this for the purpose of absorbing impact of driving on uneven surfaces, keeping a vehicle's chassis intact longer and providing a smoother ride.

Roller bushings eliminate the sliding friction, and instead feature needle bearings with smooth, rolling contact and long-term lubrication to withstand the daily abuses of the road.

Traditional spring and pin bushings, on the other hand, are prone to seizing and contamination. Even newer rubber and polyurethane bushings wear down faster and are less effective in reducing front-wheel hop than roller bushings.
